This new development provides us with the opportunity to focus on meeting your pre-departure needs, while outsourcing your post-departure requirements to the Personal Concierge, with our supervision. Because we have advised most of clients over the years, our staff can easily communicate the personal preferences, tastes and needs of our clients to the , Celebrity’s Personal Concierge who will be better prepared to deliver individualized attention – much like that of a personal assistant. Subsequent to the cruise consultation and selection of the perfect itinerary for your cruise, our Luxury Cruise Specialist will ensure that your onboard Personal Concierge pre-arrange your private shore excursions, spa and specialty dining experiences and the fine details of arranging onboard celebrations. The Celebrity’s Personal Concierge program will be substantially implemented by September 30, 2010.
